People support United Way for many different reasons and in many different ways. Most workplace donors choose the ease and convenience of pledging through payroll deduction, some prefer credit card, while others like to give their gift via cash or cheque.

Pledge form –There are 3 options to choose from
FILLABLE PDF PLEDGE FORM INSTRUCTIONS: Open file, complete form, save a new copy with your information. Send completed form to your Team Captain or Canvasser.
PRINTABLE PLEDGE FORM INSTRUCTIONS: If you choose the printable form – you will need to print in order to sign (signature is only required for payroll deduction). Once completed – scan and send to your workplace campaign Team Captain or pass in in-person (depending on your workplace). Team Captains will submit to United Way for processing.

ON-LINE PLEDGE FORM INSTRUCTIONS: On-line Pledge Form can only be used for payroll deductions. Please include employers name to ensure your donation is credited to your workplace campaign.
Payroll deduction is the easiest way to give (it spreads your gift across the year and ensures you have easy access to your charitable receipt); however, other great options are also available.
Other Giving Options –
ONE-TIME DONATION BY CASH OR CHEQUE: Donors can also support Campaign through a one-time cash or cheque gift. Cheques should list United Way Central New Brunswick as payee.
ONE-TIME ONLINE GIFTS: Online for One-time or monthly donation via Credit card, Debit Mastercard, Visa Debit. Please include employer and department in indicated section so your donation is credited to your workplace campaign.
