There are always exciting volunteer opportunities at United Way! No matter what your interest, United Way has an opportunity for you to get involved in your community.

You will have new experiences, meet new people, have fun and most rewarding of all you will be using your strengths to make Fredericton, Oromocto and surrounding areas a better place to live.A big thanks goes out to our current volunteers that helped at member agency events throughout the summer and those that signed up for Harvest Jazz & Blues this year. HJ&B will be making a donation to United Way on behalf of the time our volunteers give. This goes towards our annual campaign to assist our 35 member agencies, 88 programs. Are you interested in getting involved in your community?

ONE DAY OF CARING CAN CHANGE LIVES!

WHAT IS DAY OF CARING®?

Day of Caring® is a special program coordinated in your community by United Way/Centraide (Central N.B.) Inc. Its goal is to mobilize teams of corporate employees as volunteers, to complete meaningful, hands-on projects that will greatly assist local non-profit agencies in Fredericton, Oromocto and surrounding areas.

United Way/Centraide (Central N.B.) Inc. facilitates the Day of Caring program throughout the year at the convenience of the participating company. Projects could include painting, construction, renovations, landscaping, maintenance, helping out at events, assisting with program services, training, and many other imaginative ways to get involved.
